Undeliverable Packages:
In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable, due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. If you choose not to have the package reshipped, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the items, minus any shipping costs incurred.
Address Changes:

If you need to make changes to your shipping address after your order has been placed, contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
